5 Minute Move featuring Betsy | The Body Coach TV

 

There are 5 separate moves to perform;

        1. Jog on the spot

        2. Star jumps

        3. Squat jumps

        4. Bunny hop/Kangaroo

        5. ‘Climb the rope’

 

Follow instructions given by Joe Wicks and repeat each circuit 3 times.
