PSHE Homework Week 1
As we have discussed before, our everyday life has been tricky and everything has changed for the moment. Some days are harder than others and we can find the change difficult to cope with. That can make some people feel cross, angry, sad and tearful. It is ok to feel like that but we have to try and also be kind to others even though we are feeling all sorts of emotions, especially because they might be feeling sad and angry too! Let’s choose to be kind. Let’s look at what it is to be kind.
Go to the ‘Kindness Tree’ sheet and look through all the things listed – decide on what you think are the kind actions, cut them out and stick it on the tree.
This is now your kindness tree put it up on your wall too remind you!
