Yellow Class take London by storm
Yellow Class could not have had a more delightful start to the new school year. They have been pampered with lots of trips out, improving their public transport skills and awareness of all that London has to offer. In addition to the customary half-termly visits to Enfield Town Library, we went to The Museum of London Docklands to experience an exhibition about the streets of London in times of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde. We also explored the area around the Cutty Sark and crossed the Thames via a tunnel. Then we thought it might be a good idea to explore the Thames on an actual boat, so we went on a tourist cruise past the many landmarks between Westminster and Greenwich. We had a fun day out at Gulliver’s Land in Milton Keynes and our last trip of 2019 was a visit to Covent Garden and Central London to experience the Christmas lights and decorations.
